Namma Yatri, a Bengaluru-based ride-hailing platform, is committed to a driver-centric and community-focused approach. With a mission to create a sustainable and transparent mobility ecosystem, it benefits both drivers and riders. Built on the Beckn Protocol, an open-source framework, Namma Yatri supports the Open Mobility initiative. It has its services in 8 cities.  Those cities are Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkatta, Kochi, Odisha and Trichy.

Managed client engagement by creating personalized digital marketing strategies for the driver community. Created and managed the social media calendar for Mana Yatri (Hyderabad).

CONTENT CREATION

Generated and brainstormed innovative reel ideas for promotion and driver community interaction. Conducted data-driven performance analysis and implemented improvement plans to enhance client reach and engagement.

CONTENT & COPY WRITING

Developed impactful content in english, Hindi & Tamil, for app notifications and social media, ensuring higher audience retention.

Design

Designed eye-catching banners on Figma that are shared across the app for all cities.

INFLUENCER MARKETING

Successfully onboarded and collaborated with influencers, resulting in a viral campaign with 6.5M views on Instagram.
